Personal Statement

As recent graduate from Flegg High School, with 7 GCSE's in English, Maths, Science, Drama, Catering, Media, and an award in Dig.Apps.Level2, which is a grade C, I have done work experience in the catering area of my school and worked at the schools canteen area as well for my work experience. Due to this, I have gained experience and the ability to work in a team With other people and learned that conflicting with each other is never the way to work together. I am currently studying film and TV in college, this has given me the skills to work in the media industry, and it has trained me to know what I am getting into. I am looking to secure a position as an apprenticeship at the Theatre Royal in Norwich because I feel that I would be a worthy asset to the workplace, also, doing an apprenticeship here will also give me the experience I need when Im going to apply for another higher ranking media job.

Skills

·           I have many transferable, job-related, and adaptive skills that can benefit you hiring me. Great confidence is a very important trait which I have, this can be used when helping out a customer, I also have had many awards in maths and have been known for my quick calculations so if the till is broken, you know who to call, if I am asked to do something I try to never let that person down and do my best to aid them. I am currently learning British sign language, most of the time I am on the computer so I know quite a lot about IT and fixing computers, at school I tried my best and have been awarded a few times for effort during lessons, and most importantly in a team, working hard is the most important to me, along with supervising to make sure everyone does their part.
